Working with Trillium and supported employment has been a joy. Jason is a pleasure to work with and always comes to every shift with a smile on his face. Our employees are always happy to see Jason and converse with him throughout his shift.
 
Jason’s hard work and dedication puts a smile on the faces of the other staff and management, and without him, our kitchen wouldn’t be nearly as effective. Jason’s thorough work coupled with Doug’s on-the-job coaching allows myself and my other kitchen staff to complete our jobs without any hinderance.
 
I can’t picture a day going remotely as efficiently without Jason’s presence at Whiskey Gulch.

​Walgreens has supported programs like Provail for many years now. I have supported many individuals with various levels of disabilities at several different locations. Provail's program allow for individuals that need support to generate income so that they too have a means of living. They are able to learn responsibilities and many are able to grow and learn other roles that they didn't think were possible. They are able  to gain confidence in their own abilities and are given the opportunity to be part a retail family. Provail employees have brought joy to many stores, and staff members really take time to make them feel welcome and special in their given environment and be a part of our team and working family. Many customers see the work Provail clients do at our stores and thank us for supporting programs like Provail. I am proud to be a supporter of the program and give so much credit to the job coaches and their abilities to be patient and help teach, coach and develop individuals with special needs. Without their support, retailers like Walgreens would not be able to support as many clients as we do. Job Coaches play a vital role in accommodating individuals and provide positive reinforcements to ensure retail policies, procedures and expectations are being met throughout shifts. Because of the time they spend with these individuals, they have built up trusting relationships that allows individuals to produce quality work which I believe is essential for their personal development.
