Created in 2009, the Community Employment ALLIANCE is a non-profit advocacy organization with a membership network of businesses and employment service providers throughout Washington State.

People with Disabilities
Vision
We look forward to the day when communities throughout Washington accept and support all people to contribute and participate in society. These inclusive communities will embrace diversity within their workforce and within their total social structure. And will become models for inclusiveness throughout the Nation.
Values
We value cooperative efforts among all stakeholders to transform the service delivery system and break down barriers to community employment for individuals with disabilities.
We believe individuals with disabilities should be prepared with education and training for careers and have the opportunity for jobs alongside people without disabilities based upon their preferences, interests and strengths.
We acknowledge that the current service system serves some individuals with disabilities in non-integrated settings, and it is our goal to assist organizations, government systems, and communities to promote integrated community based service structures.
We support the development and funding of multiple services and programs to ensure that individuals with disabilities, at different stages in their career endeavors, are able to pursue employment in the same places and at the same time as all citizens.
We recognize the need for substantial commitment of both public and private organizations to increase opportunities for integrated community employment.
